Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Most electronics and home appliances sold by Al Shabib are covered by a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice.
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the customer.
Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, while others may carry a seller warranty provided by Al Shabib or the supplier.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal and intended use, including:
Hardware or component defects
Factory faults affecting product functionality
Performance issues caused by manufacturing errors
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
Physical or accidental damage
Misuse, abuse, or negligence
Water or liquid damage (unless the product is specifically water-resistant)
Power surges or improper electrical connections
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Consumable parts such as batteries, filters, bulbs, and accessories unless otherwise stated
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
4. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, the customer must:
Contact support@alshabib.com with the order number and product details.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Follow instructions provided by our support team for inspection or return.
We may require the product to be inspected by our service team or authorized service center.
5. Warranty Resolution
Depending on the issue and product condition, Al Shabib may, at its discretion:
Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
Offer store credit
Offer a refund (in limited cases where repair or replacement is not possible)
6. Warranty Service Location
Warranty service may be provided:
Through our physical store
Through authorized service centers
Through pickup and inspection arranged by Al Shabib
Customers may be responsible for transportation costs unless otherwise stated.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Use products according to manufacturer instructions
Keep proof of purchase
Avoid unauthorized repairs
Ensure proper installation and electrical safety
Failure to follow these requirements may void the warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Shabib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
9. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
