Al Shabib is a Qatar-based online marketplace offering electronics, home appliances, luggage, cosmetics, and general retail products with fast delivery and secure payment options.

3. Do you deliver outside Qatar?
Currently, we deliver within Qatar only.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

Standard delivery fee: QAR 10
Free delivery for orders above a specified minimum purchase value.

7. Do you offer returns?

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

12. Do your products come with a warranty?
Most electronics and appliances include a 1-year warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

15. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you must follow the return process.

16. Are prices inclusive of tax?
Currently, Qatar does not apply VAT on online retail sales. All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
